The 11th International Conference of Museums for PeaceOn 14-16 August 2023, Fredens Hus hosted the 11th International Conference of Museums for Peace in Uppsala. Kyiv Peace Museum was happy to take part in this great event and perform the exhibition of children's drawings "Sadness and Hope"
Over 3 days, over 200 participants immersed themselves in the theme of Museums as Peacekeepers for the Future through lectures, workshops, exhibitions, panel discussions and social activities. The participants represented 37 countries in Asia, Africa, North and South America, Europe and Australia, and 105 different museums, organizations and institutions. The conference was organized by Fredens Hus and the International Network of Museums for Peace (INMP) and was carried out in collaboration with Uppsala University.
